Consider these questions:
- How many operating systems can thrive in the mobile computing/smart phone market?
- Why did Google enter the mobile computing operating system business with Android?
- If you were leading Microsoft/Nokia, what would be your strategy for the mobile computing business?
- Why does Xiaomi appear to be doing so well, while Microsoft, Nokia, Blackberry, and Amazon have faltered?
