7. ToyBox

  1. We needed a better splash page. The value prop was not super clear - most people thought of it as a way to exchange used toys. The graphics could also have been better.
  2. We need to look at prior art and see why related startups did not survive. Do the unit economics, inventory costs, shipping costs, etc. all make sense?
  3.  Safety and cleanliness of used toys (even though it was not the main value prop) should be explained carefully to users.
  4. We should have spent more time refining the site and adding additional workflows (the concept of Toy Credits was never clear).
  5. Wow My Toys is not a great name. Need to think about something else.
  6. We got a ton of great feedback without spending a single cent (our only investment was our time).
