Great Product Nomination (~30 minutes)

Watch this video (in three parts) about the product development firm IDEO Links to an external site. and the creation of a new shopping cart. Note that this video is somewhat of a classic, created two decades ago. The design firm IDEO at that time was very much focused on creating physical products, and is an important historical reference in the world of product development. (Since that time IDEO has shifted focus somewhat.)
