Mental Health & Get Help Now

Supporting your health and wellbeing is a journey, and you may need to be proactive in seeking support. It is okay to have times of struggle and uncertainty in your time at Penn. We all experience a range of emotions and experiences; it is part of being human. We encourage you to engage in coping strategies for stress, talk to someone you trust, and seek professional support. At Penn, we believe that we are all responsible for looking out for our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others. Remember, you are not alone.

Watch the i share video below to hear Penn students discuss the power of sharing their feelings with others and how they reached out for support.
