This is a 10-minute quiz to gauge whether or not you understand the basic idea of patent claims. You'll be shown a patent claim and a potential design. You'll be asked to make an argument as to whether or not the design infringes the claim.

This quiz is real, not a practice quiz. Once you click "Take the Quiz" you'll have exactly 10 minutes to complete your work. You will not be able to pause the quiz to answer the phone, etc. Again, do not click "Take the Quiz" until you are prepared and have 10 minutes you can devote to completing it.
